Not that anybody missed us but well we are like a bad penny that always turns up eventually.

In this episode we attempt to talk about Modern Warfare 2 and Andy wants to create a game where you kill Santa Claus while Jon single-handedly sets back race relations by 150 years. I honestly can’t believe I hang out with these dudes, let alone record an irregular show every once in a while.
This show is like a shart don’t say I didn’t warn you.

If you are wondering why the show cuts out abruptly during the first segment it is because I messed up something with the recorder and the recording went FUBAR which is why a couple points of the show make no sense. Oh who the hell am I fooling, nothing about this show makes sense.
Chris’s Personal Bests of 2008: Music
This year (or I guess it is last year now) I spent far less on music than I have in past years only picking up about 29 albums and about 200 or singles but I still have an opinion based on that so let’s get to it.
2008 seemed to be a renaissance for a great many older artists, some hit and some didn’t but the weakest one of the year goes to Def Leppard’s “Songs from the Sparkle Lounge”. I truly think Def Leppard may have died because this isn’t even a shadow of their former works.
And now onto the best.

The New Rock Band Model?
I’ve spent way too much time today reading the whining of many people on both the Rock Band forums and the Guitar Hero forums. All the whining stems from the long rumored but now confirmed announcement that Rock Band: AC/DC will be releasing in early November. For all intents and purposes this amounts to an AC/DC Greatest Hits package, the stand-alone track-pack will contain 18 songs, which comprises the set list for the August 1991 Castle Donington show that has been immortalized on VHS, DVD, and most recently Blu-Ray. The package will only be available at retail in disc based form and if you live in the US it is only available at Wal-Mart for a price point of $39.88 for the 360, PS3, and Wii or $29.88 for the PS2.
