I remember saying something about loving the Sidekick and then changing my mind when I was on a drive and didn’t have my Google Maps, but I can still be as excited as anything about the new Sidekick.
Last week, hiptop3 mentioned a May release date for this new Sidekick, citing 13 May 2009. The current Sidekicks on T-Mobile.com have also dropped in price, which means they’re trying to clear out the old, obsolete stock, to make room for the new ones.
I’m still debating between CrackBerry and Sidekick, as I just loved the damn thing’s interface, and the awesome robotic noises it made whenever I opened it. Plus, if Hiptop’s people are right in saying Google Maps on the [new] Sidekick, I’m going to definitely lean towards the new Sidekick. For sure. Most definitely.

I guess I better make a decision soon, if I expect to be one of the first people to be awesome!
By the way, I got the sidekick picture from Kid Chair. Wherever they got the pic is anyone’s guess, though I can narrow it down to an old 90′s issue of Wolverine. It’s a cool post, the post with Jubilee, but it is mysteriously lacking Rose Tyler, sidekick to Dr. Who.
