I feel like I need to explain to the world that wearing leggings as pants is not exactly very fashionable.
One may think that since wearing leggings while performing ballet is acceptable, then wearing them out after your ballet production is, too. But no, it’s not. I’m not going to extoll the virtues of wearing leggings in place of pants from a man’s point of view, because it may be quite obvious. And I am actually only taking this standpoint as far as general fashion sense goes. In general, leggings as pants IS BAD!
Especially when on fat chicks.

wait a minute. you’re a guy. guys don’t care and don’t understand things like pants/leggings/tights/fishnets/nylons… “should i wear the opaque black tights with the short skirt or sheer off black tights with the long skirt and that shirt?” if a guy had serious problems like these, his head would explode before he could ever try anything on! must be so easy to be a guy. {sigh}
I understand that is a fashion fail. Personally I like the idea of tights on a girl, but if they’re worn as pants, and they show off too much, I feel embarrassed for the girl wearing them. Plus, many other girls feel the same about it being a no-no.
